Koushik Kadidal

Co-founder and CEO

Koushik Kadidal has over 25 years of experience in global financial services, having worked across the United States and India with Capital One, Citibank, and PayU. Most recently, he served as Chief Data Officer and Head of Insights Business at PayU, one of India's largest FinTech firms.

Koushik is an alumnus of Harvard University and holds an MBA from the Strome College of Business, Virginia, where he graduated at the top of his class and received the Outstanding Student of the Year award.

After decades of corporate success, Koushik recognized a familiar pattern—professionals working hard and saving diligently, yet missing out on the wealth creation that real estate quietly delivers to the few with access and insight. He founded SQFT Fund to change that by building a transparent, credible, and institution-grade platform that enables professionals to invest early in curated, high-quality real estate opportunities.

Prathist Kempegowda

Co-founder & COO

Prathist Kempegowda is a real estate lawyer and developer with deep expertise in land due diligence, title verification, and regulatory clearances. A graduate of MS Ramaiah College of Law, Bengaluru, he has built his career at the intersection of legal precision and practical execution—ensuring every acquisition is legally sound and risk-mitigated.

Native to North Bengaluru, the city's fastest-growing corridor around the international airport, Prathist brings a powerful combination of local insight and professional rigor. Coming from a respected family in the Bagalur–Devanahalli region, he often gains early visibility into high-potential land opportunities—an advantage that minimizes acquisition uncertainty and enhances project selection.

With over a decade of experience in land development and execution, Prathist has earned a strong reputation for integrity, diligence, and delivery among landowners and investors alike. His on-ground expertise and trusted local network form the operational backbone of SQFT Fund's disciplined, transparent, and value-driven approach to real estate development.
